6 HOT FIRE FLAMES🔥 EXERCISES TO TARGET YOUR SIDE BOOTY Add some of these into your next leg and booty day for all the side boooooty burn 🤤🤤🤤 don’t forget to give this video a like💕 to support the workout vids 1️⃣ 3 sets | 10 banded bent leg lying hip abductors! I keep my feet together the entire exercise and lift one leg. Move into 10 with a straight leg! FULL BODY SWEAT SESH💦 let’s get this week started right 👊🏼 HIIT is my favorite form of cardio!!!! Because we all know I hate cardio 😅😂 so I make it QUICK! 6 minute circuit repeated for a HOT FIYA 12 minute workout…. no equipment and NO EXCUSES Don’t forget this give this video a like💙 to support the workout videos 🥰 ty ily 1️⃣ prisoner jump squat into crossover. Can you tell prisoner squats are my fave atm 😂 I show a beginner and more advanced variation. By keeping the squat more shallow, the movement becomes easier and less leg focused 2️⃣ lateral lunge into standing oblique crunch 3️⃣ repeat on other side 4️⃣ 4 oblique mountain climbers into jump in.. focus on pulling up and in with your core 5️⃣ star jumps! I also show a beginner and more advance variation here 6️⃣ hut hut hike… wanted to show you I still struggle with the movement at first 😂 take it slow and you’ll get it no problemo Complete each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest. Feet just past shoulder width apart, toes pointed outward. Squat down, pressing through your heels up to 3/4 and then back down… finish the squat and that’s 1 rep! WOOF Combine that with 10 weight sumo jumping squats 2️⃣ HIP THRUSTS! Leg day is never complete without them 🙌🏼 I mixed it up a bit with a 3 sets of this superset 8 banded barbell hip thrusts into 10 alternating banded single-leg hip thrust tyyyyyy @suzie_kb for the booootiful band 3️⃣ looooove this little complex of sumo straight leg RDL into sumo squat. I did 3 sets of 12 4️⃣ finished off with 3 sets of 12 assisted single leg RDL! Adding the bench will help with balance and range of motion! I am my own worst critic. I nitpick, over analyze and I catch myself thinking about what more I can do rather than the progress I’ve made. But today… today I am proud. I’ve spent the majority of this year pushing my weight and increasing my daily food intake with one goal in mind. I want to be strong. I’ve found I feel so empowered at the moment both physically and mentally. Accepting my body as I go through these changes. No drastic measures, no label… bulk, lean bulk, etc. Just me, pushing myself everyday. I’m proud of the changes I’ve made in my physique. It’s taken me a long time to say that.
